As the sole developer responsible for a customer-facing AI platform , I lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and scaling of Chattrick for enterprise clients in Southeast Asia and Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Architecture & RAG: Engineered a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system using NestJS and OpenSearch. Developed agentic AI chatbots capable of performing complex tasks via external APIs, such as hotel searches and lead collection.
• Full-stack Engineering: Architected the platform using Next.js (SSR/SSG) and NestJS. Optimized performance and scalability using Redis, Node Cache, and SWR for data fetching.
• Infrastructure & Observability: Managed production environments using Docker Swarm and Kubernetes (K8S). Built a custom health-monitoring dashboard and set up centralized logging with Grafana and Loki.
• Quality & Security: Implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and established a comprehensive testing suite using Playwright and Jest to ensure system-wide reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate directly with international clients and the sales team to translate reseller needs into technical features and drive high-level architectural decisions.

Results & Impact:

• Independently built and maintained a platform currently undergoing enterprise testing in multiple international markets.
• Established CI/CD pipelines and automated health alerts (Telegram/Email) to ensure 24/7 service availability.
